Shipping policy

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.

Artwork proofs are delivered within 24–48 business hours for your approval. Once approved, your order will move into embroidery production.

Standard production and delivery time is approximately 4 weeks from your order date for domestic orders.

International orders may take slightly longer depending on destination and customs processing times.

All orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

For international orders shipped outside of the United States, customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country. Please check with your local government agency for details.
