Shipping & Production
All Cats & Stitch pieces are custom-made to order.
Artwork proofs are delivered within 24–48 hours of purchase.
Standard production and shipping timeline is approximately 4 weeks from the order date.
Because each piece is hand-drawn and embroidered specifically for you, timelines may vary slightly during high-volume periods.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Artwork Policy
Each custom order includes dedicated artist time to create and digitize your portrait.
If you choose to cancel your order after artwork has begun or been completed, a $25 artwork fee will be retained to cover the artist’s time.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the fully custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges once production has begun.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please email helpcatsandstitch@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that artwork has not yet started.
If cancellation is requested after artwork has begun, a $25 artwork fee will apply.
After embroidery production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
Discount Codes
Discount codes must be applied at checkout.
We are unable to retroactively apply discounts once an order has been placed.
